Six stars if I could. After a catastrophe at our house totaled our grand piano, I spent over a month shopping for a replacement, my wife joining me for what wound up being the last big day of shopping. I had previously visited Falcetti in Springfield and was impressed with their shop. They have exceptionally competent technical staff and they had applied their skill to the piano we wound up with.

The all-included price was in the sweet spot of our price range and the piano is exactly perfect in our room. A huge thanks to the unknown-to-me previous owner who took perfect care of this fine instrument, to the technical team at Falcetti who rehabbed the necessary bits to make it even more perfect, to Jake and Nick for the superb sales and management work, and to the double team of movers for getting it in successfully!

A Friendly, professional environment filled with the most exquisite instruments. Every time I visit the employees are so friendly, knowledgeable and hospitable. They truly allow you all the time you want to enjoy the instruments they have in stock. Come time for me to buy an instrument, I knew I would go to Falcetti. I purchased a piano a few weeks ago and Falcetti made the whole process seamless!

I walked into the store and was greeted by friendly staff. I was given the opportunity to browse without being pestered. As I browsed, staff was easily accessible to answer questions. Their selection was incredible, both new and used, digital, uprights and grand pianos. There were price tags for every budget. I left elated and continue to be with both my purchase and their service. Thank You Falcetti for a wonderful experience!!
