No purchase necessary to enter or win. The giveaway is open only to legal residents of the continental United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.
Prizes
A total of five (5) prizes will be awarded.
Grand Prize (1): One (1) Yamaha Clavinova CLP-835 Digital Piano. The winner may select from standard finishes, including matte black, rosewood, white birch, or matte white, subject to availability. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $3,599. The CLP-835 will be delivered boxed with free shipping to the winner.
Additional Prizes (4): Four (4) additional winners will each receive their choice of either:
- One (1) set of Yamaha HPH-150 headphones, or
- One (1) professional piano tuning service with a maximum value of up to $250 (tuning value may vary by location; any cost above $250 is the responsibility of the winner).
Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash substitutions are permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
How to enter
Eligible participants may enter using the giveaway form on this website. Additional entries are also available through social media engagement:
Facebook (1): One (1) entry for following an official Falcetti Pianos Facebook profile (New England or Tennessee) and commenting on the post.
Instagram (1): One (1) entry for following an official Falcetti Pianos Instagram account (New England or Tennessee) and commenting on the post.
Each completed and qualifying action counts as one (1) entry. A maximum of three (3) total entries per person is permitted across all entry methods.
Promotion period
Entries will be accepted beginning February 15 at at 12:01 AM (EST) and ending March 2 at 11:59 PM (EST).
Winner selection & notification
Five (5) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about March 3, 2026 from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
Potential winners will be notified using the contact information provided at the time of entry. If a selected potential winner does not respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification, is found to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate potential winner may be selected in a subsequent random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.
Publicity
By accepting a prize, each winner agrees that Sponsor may announce the winner publicly using the winner’s first name and last initial (e.g., “Jordan S.”).
As a condition of accepting the Grand Prize, the Grand Prize winner will be required to provide a photo of the winner with the prize (or the prize in the winner’s home) within a reasonable timeframe after delivery. The Grand Prize winner grants Sponsor permission to use the photo for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
The four (4) additional prize winners are not required to provide a photo.
Taxes
Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. Winners may be required to complete a W-9 or other tax documentation prior to prize fulfillment.
