Yamaha YUS5

Description:
For the pianist who wants grand-piano-level refinement in an upright format, the Yamaha YUS5 represents the pinnacle of Yamaha upright piano manufacturing. Built in Japan in 2025 and offered in like-new condition, this exceptional YUS5 provides a rare opportunity to own a nearly new example of Yamaha’s flagship professional upright.

Standing 52” tall, the YUS5 is built using select materials and premium components chosen to deliver greater tonal color, dynamic range, and responsiveness than Yamaha’s standard professional upright series. Its sophisticated scaling, sostenuto pedal, and grand-style music desk further distinguish the YUS5 as an instrument designed for the serious pianist.

The result is an upright with remarkable power and clarity, but also the ability to produce the subtle tonal shading and control demanded by advanced repertoire. It is equally at home with an accomplished pianist, in a professional teaching studio, or with a developing musician looking for an instrument they are unlikely to outgrow.

With its 2025 manufacture date and exceptionally clean, like-new condition, this YUS5 offers many of the advantages of purchasing a new premium Yamaha in a very compelling pre-owned opportunity.
